Our remote team members help with planning, communication, content, customer support, scheduling, marketing, organization, and the many details that keep our teams moving forward. 

They may not always be on-site installing lights, but their work is an important part of delivering the thoughtful service and beautiful results our customers know and trust. 

At FLP, it truly takes a team—and we’re grateful for every person, near and far, who helps bring the vision to life.
