Matt Nemeth

Founder

This is Matt, the Visionary behind Festive Lighting Pros, and our guiding light for all things design. Matt isn’t new to building a business. In fact, he’s had several companies that he has built and sold since 1992 that are still operational today… and running with the original crew still in place! 

 Matt is passionate about bringing smiles to those he meets, and every interaction with him will be sure to bring a grin. Although his focus is on ensuring that every client of Festive Lighting Pros is ecstatic about their project, he is careful to be thorough and thoughtful when working with you on your design. He strives to always keep the optimum viewpoint in mind as he walks you through the design options and will help to make sure that he knows what your end goal is with your lighting design. It is so important to Matt that he knows what you’re looking for out of your lighting design, that he’ll often collaborate with team members to ensure that he’s seeing all angles and covering all the bases. 

 When he’s not working, you can find Matt hanging out with his family. And during the holidays you may even find him relishing in a bit of childhood nostalgia – watching Home Alone.

Susan, a key member of the Finance team at Festive Lighting Pros in Raleigh, plays a vital role in ensuring the company’s financial well-being. Her meticulous approach and dedication contribute significantly to FLP’s stability and growth. Susan is a strong advocate for FLP’s core value of fiscal responsibility and transparency.

Susan is driven to come to work each day by the opportunity to contribute to the company’s overall success and to ensure sound financial practices are in place. She takes particular pride in implementing efficient financial processes that have helped streamline operations and improve resource allocation.

Susan supports the growth of FLP by diligently managing the company’s finances and providing insightful analysis that informs strategic decision-making. While she appreciates all aspects of FLP’s operations, she finds satisfaction in knowing that her work behind the scenes enables the team to deliver exceptional lighting services, including her colleagues’ favorite, holiday lighting, which brings so much joy to clients.

Philip, the General Manager and a supportive team leader at Festive Lighting Pros in Raleigh, is truly committed to ensuring every customer is happy. His approachable and professional demeanor helps him transform properties beautifully, making FLP a trusted source for excellent work. Philip deeply values FLP’s dedication to exceeding client expectations.

What motivates Philip each day is the chance to positively impact people’s lives and contribute to the community. He fondly recalls a recent project where a client was overjoyed to see their home go from completely dark to a stunning lightscape, which allowed them to create even more cherished family moments.

Philip actively helps FLP grow by consistently bringing a positive attitude and a desire to improve the company every day. Holiday lighting is his favorite service because it allows him to spread joy and make the holidays more special for people. He is always willing to listen to his team and values their input.
