Matt Nemeth

Founder

This is Matt, the Visionary behind Festive Lighting Pros, and our guiding light for all things design. Matt isn’t new to building a business. In fact, he’s had several companies that he has built and sold since 1992 that are still operational today… and running with the original crew still in place! 

 Matt is passionate about bringing smiles to those he meets, and every interaction with him will be sure to bring a grin. Although his focus is on ensuring that every client of Festive Lighting Pros is ecstatic about their project, he is careful to be thorough and thoughtful when working with you on your design. He strives to always keep the optimum viewpoint in mind as he walks you through the design options and will help to make sure that he knows what your end goal is with your lighting design. It is so important to Matt that he knows what you’re looking for out of your lighting design, that he’ll often collaborate with team members to ensure that he’s seeing all angles and covering all the bases. 

 When he’s not working, you can find Matt hanging out with his family. And during the holidays you may even find him relishing in a bit of childhood nostalgia – watching Home Alone.

David Kimura

This is Dave, our Operations Overlord, and the fella who helps to keep us all on track and ensuring that we are always at our most efficient. Before he found his true passion in Outdoor Lighting, Dave was an inspirational college football coach – and he brings some of those coaching skills with him to the office each day! 

Something that drives Dave every day (besides his sedan, of course), is his dedication to ensuring that the team works together to ensure that the vision of each Festive Lighting Pro client is not only met but exceeded. The WOW is what he is after, and with his design knowledge and passion for teamwork, WOW is what FLP customers feel.  

Although Dave loves a good holiday light display, Landscape Lighting is where his passions shine brightest. “Landscape lighting is the gift that keeps on giving,” according to Dave, “don’t hold yourself back when thinking about what can be done. Find a professional resource that can make all your lighting ideas become reality.” Dave, we couldn’t agree more! 

When he’s not at work on new processes and procedures, Dave can be found spending time with his wife and 2 daughters. The Kimura’s fave holiday snuggle-fest? The Grinch!

Bradley Weber

Say ‘Hi’ to Bradley, our lighting installation Guru who works with each of our design and install team members to ensure that they are kept up to date with the most current products and techniques available. He may be a pro at low voltage, but Bradley has high expectations when it comes to meeting the needs and wants of Festive Lighting Pros clients! 

Providing great design paired with top tier products to bring beauty, safety, and elegance to people’s homes is a key to Bradley’s happiness. Helping the team at Festive Lighting Pros stay at the top of their game to bring each client the very best options for their lighting needs is how he helps FLP stand head and shoulders above the competition. 

When he isn’t in the field working on ways to continually improve the experience FLP clients receive, you may find Bradley visiting with family in Nebraska and Colorado, or taking time to visit close friends in Iowa. When holiday season rolls around, Bradley is a fan of How the Grinch Stole Christmas as a way to decompress after a long day of stringing holiday lights with the team!

Paddy Faustino

Meet Paddy Faustino, the luminary luminary at Festive Lighting Pros, who traded in snappy ad slogans for the sparkle of C9 bulbs. Paddy’s not your average light stringer-upper; with a resume that’s been through the advertising gauntlet and into the heart of marketing. Paddy’s professional saga is as diverse as the colors in a holiday light show, with a career spanning from billboards to boardrooms, he’s part of the secret sauce in FLP’s growth.

What gets Paddy out of bed each day isn’t just the alarm clock; it’s the chorus of “thank yous” from the neighborhood kids, echoing the spirit of the season. Paddy’s work illuminates more than just homes; it ignites smiles and warms hearts, especially when little tykes light up at the sight of grandpa and grandma’s brilliantly bedecked homestead. That’s the kind of review that beats any industry award.

He takes a particular shine to holiday lighting because for Paddy, those lights zip around even faster than their 670 million mph speed—fueled by the joy they bring. His favorite flick? “Die Hard.” Controversial? Perhaps. But it’s got action, drama, and a guy who knows how to light up a room (quite literally).
